Bob boasts a diverse background spanning sports, real estate, and community leadership. With a distinguished athletic career, including three Olympic Games and multiple medals, Bob transitioned into leadership roles within the International Olympic Committee and the United States Olympic Committee. Alongside his athletic pursuits, Bob co-founded JB Partners LLC, a multi-family commercial real estate investment firm operating across ten states.

Throughout his tenure at JB Partners, LLC, Bob acquired and repurposed approximately 11,000 apartment units using almost exclusively his and his co-founders’ personal capital.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Bob is committed to community service and philanthropy. His extensive experience serving on nonprofit boards while on the IOC, USOC, and most recently the Colony HOA Board in Utah, exemplifies his dedication to improving community well-being.
Bob received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University.
He currently resides with his wife Cosy in Park City, Utah.

Prior to SKYE, Joe was at Miramar Holdings, a multi-strategy investment firm that manages the assets of an ultra-high-net-worth Dallas-based family. At Miramar, he was responsible for assisting in the sourcing, diligence, execution, and management of Miramar’s real estate investments.

Prior to joining Miramar Holdings, Joe began his career as an associate for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (“HFF”). There he specialized in multi-housing investment advisory and equity placement, while contributing to the sale of multi-housing, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and senior housing assets.
Joe received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University.
He currently resides with his wife Allie and son Becker in Dallas, Texas.
